Fragrance facts: Your guide to shipping, payments, and more
Refund
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If your order is damaged during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the bottle and packaging. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement.
 Once we approve your claim for a damaged bottle, we will ship out a replacement within 5-7 business days. You will receive a new tracking number as soon as the replacement is on its way to you.
Delivery
As soon as your perfume ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s progress.
Currently, we do not ship internationally. We only deliver to addresses within INDIA to ensure the fastest and safest transit for our fragrances.
If your tracking information shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier immediately. If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, contact our support team.
Shipping & Returns
To maintain strict hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once a perfume has been shipped. We recommend reading the scent notes carefully before purchasing. If you are unsure about a fragrance, we highly suggest purchasing our Sample Set first to discover your favorite scent before committing to a full-sized bottle.
We offer flat-rate shipping for all orders. However, you can enjoy free shipping on all orders over Rs500
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days. Please note that because perfume is classified as a flammable liquid, it must be shipped via ground transport, which may take slightly longer than air mail.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards, as well as all UPI payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and BHIM).
Yes. Our website uses industry-standard SSL encryption and secure payment gateways to ensure your financial details and UPI transactions are always protected.
Common reasons include incorrect UPI IDs, network issues with your bank, or reaching daily transaction limits. Please ensure your UPI app is updated or try using a credit card to complete the purchase.
