Product Disclaimer

We strive to be as accurate as possible in our product descriptions and imagery. However, please keep the following in mind:

  • Color Variance: Due to different monitor settings, lighting conditions during photography, and screen calibrations, the actual color of the product may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.

  • Sizing: Please refer to our size guide carefully before purchasing. Since we do not accept returns due to hygiene, ensuring the correct size is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Handcrafted Nature: If a product is handcrafted, slight variations in design or texture are not considered defects but rather a mark of its unique craftsmanship.


Why We Don’t Accept Returns

We prioritize your health and safety above all else. By enforcing a No-Return Policy for hygiene reasons, we guarantee that every single item sold by Shivns has never been worn, tried on, or handled by another customer. When you buy from us, you are the very first person to touch your product.


1. NO RETURNS DUE TO HYGIENE

At Shivns, we maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety for all our customers. Due to the personal nature of our products and to maintain strict hygiene standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been delivered.

This policy ensures that every item you purchase from us is brand new, untainted, and safe for use. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

2. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

While we do not accept returns for hygiene reasons, your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive an item that is damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect, we are here to help.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund in the case of damage:

  • You must report the issue within  24 hours of receiving the package.

  • You must provide proof of damage (clear photos or an unboxing video) via email to shivns.ken@gmail.com.

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

3. REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your proof of damage is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

4. CANCELLATIONS

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded under our hygiene policy.
